About the Center

Established in October 2010, the Women’s Research and Studies Center (WRSC) at Kuwait University serves as a leading academic platform dedicated to advancing knowledge, supporting evidence-based policy, and promoting women’s participation in sustainable development. Through research, training, strategic partnerships, and community engagement, the Center contributes to national development priorities while strengthening the role of women in society. Acting as a bridge between academic research and practical policy solutions, the Center works to produce high-quality studies, build capacity, foster collaboration, and support informed decision-making in alignment with Kuwait University’s mission and Kuwait Vision 2035.
